Having a blast!!!
We are having a great time in Gulf Shores! You love the beach and literally rolled in the sand and got covered from head to toe! You do not like the water in your mouth though. Today we are headed to the big zoo here and are hoping it's better than ours at home. I am loving all of this great familytime we are spending.
Vacation here we come!!!
We are leaving tomorrow headed for Gulf Shores, Alabama. We are all packed and counting down the hours! It has been a long stressful past week and a half, but once we are there it will be worth it.
When asked what is on the beach you say Elmo, Dora, Pooh and Darby. I asked you where Piglet was and you say "at home." So we will see what you think when they are not there!!
Uncle David came over today and talked to you about it and you are really interested in crabs now. So we will have to take you to the beach at night to look around with flashlights.
We are praying for a safe trip and hoping you and Mi Mi have the time of your lives. This trip is bitter-sweet as it was Mi Mi's idea because she said she will probably never get another chance to go. Not just because of her Cancer, but because of age and many other factors. So I plan to take as many pictures and capture this moment as much as possible. It of course makes me sad to go on our first "big vacation" with you and your Paw Paw not be able to join us. I know he will be smiling down from Heaven though and watching you have a blast!!

These are your new glasses for the beach. You had to try them on to see what you thought!!
Breaking in the sprinkler/sunning
We bought this sprinkler a few weeks ago and I let you try it out yesterday. It is wild!! When I say wild I mean it. Its almost too much for me even. His legs go crazy. You loved it though as long as it was not all in your face!!
After you tried it out you decided to lay in the sun with me. You climbed on the lounge chair like you had done it a million times before. Of course you could not be still and we in and out 50 times!

Mommy and Daddy bought you a sit'n'spin at Rhea Lanas but I have had it packed up bc I thought you were too little for it. I let you try it out this past week. You love it and you are super hilarious to watch. It only took you 2 days to figure out how to make it work by yourself.
Ball-pit fun
Your ball-pit stays in the office so you dont play in it much. So I decided to bring it in the living room Saturday night and I was so glad that I did. You played in it so hard you have bruises all up and down your little legs. You run and just head dive right into it. It makes me a little nervous:)

Farmer's Market
Saturday Daddy and I took you downtown to the Farmer's Market. We took you once last year, but you were little and slept almost the entire time. Not this year buddy!! You were totally people watching. Your eyes were big from the moment we got there until we left. You never really said anything, you were just too busy checking it all out.
We let you tell the "clown man" as you called him what kind of balloon you wanted and you chose a Pink Bitzie Boo dog. He was really sweet and handed it straight to you compared to handing it to Daddy or I. You were totally amazed by him and his balloons!!
We didn't buy many veggies or fruits except some New Potatoes and a Cantalope since we are leaving for vacation because we didn't want them to spoil before we could eat them. We really went for just some good family time. We will have to keep this up because we all really enjoy it. We stayed about 1.5 hrs and called it quits about 11:30 because it was getting too hot.

You decided to help me with the Corn on Saturday night. You thought you were SO big getting to help. Then you loved eating it!!! I can give you corn when you wont eat anything else.

A visit with Granny, Aunt Amber and Barbara
These pics are from the last 2 times they have come to see you. You always take a little time to "warm up" but once you do you have a blast. Aunt Amber will pretty much do anything you ask her to and you so love it!

Treat for a hot day
This is by far your favorite treat/snack right now. You love the popsicles that are called scribblers and look like crayons. This pic is from yesterday. You love to sit on our step and yell "Hi Mrs. Sharmyn" if she is outside across the street. A few nights ago you got to go and play with her dog Haunce which is a Min Pin and her cat named Callie. Now you want to go over and play almost everyday!

Loving rainbows
You are totally into rainbows now. If you see something with them on it you shout reenbow at the top of your lungs! So the other day while we were at Kohls I happened to spot these marked 90% off and of course you had to have them!!
Daddy loved them because they say I love Daddy on them. I swear you have several things that talk about Daddy, but nothing that says Mommy on it:)
Father's Day 2009
Daddy had a great Father's Day. He really liked his gifts from you and of course his fav was the T-Shirt about watching the game!
I am glad that the bond between you and Daddy is growing much stronger. He now has a lot more to do with you and is not afraid he will break you!
Father's Day of course was really hard for Mommy as it just seemed to make me realize more and more how real it is now that Paw Paw is gone. You and Mi Mi went with me to put flowers on his grave and I had a good little talk with him. I always want you to be close to your Daddy because you never know when he could be gone forever from this life.

I have been trying to buy a few things here and there to help keep you busy on our trip to Gulf Shores. A few of your new things are a Doodle Pad, Color Wonder books, and an Aquadoodle. You love Harlee's Aquadoodle so much I thought you would have a great time with one of your own and you have fallen in love with it!
Time with E
E spent the night with us this past Friday. You loved it!! She had not spent the night since you were a tiny baby. We all had a blast and would love for she and Weston to both come and stay with us soon!!!
Mommy & Me Day
Last week when we took Mi Mi to Chemo I decided to take you out for a Mommy and Me Day. We have not had the chance to do one in a few weeks. We went to Toys R Us and you rode all of the rides they have. You love the Bitzie Boo truck!!! Then we went to Mardels and to Target. I love getting to spend our one on one time together!
The "me too" girl
This is your new name!! Everytime we say we are going to go and do something you say "me too." Whether it be going to take a shower, use the bathroom, cook, clean, go get the mail, go anywhere or do anything basically I always hear you, no matter where you are in the house use that little tiny voice and say "me too."
Totally cracks me up!! I love you so much biddle and can not see any other age being as fun as this one. I know I have said that before, but you are so big right now. You can say 4-5 word sentences and really communicate with us. The other day you totally blew Daddy and I away by saying "Ma Ma whatcha doing?" Later in the day you did it to Daddy when he came home from work and I wish I had his face on camera! You have certain words that I just love to hear come from your mouth like bitzie boo, tabby, and my favorite phrase is still "I want a big hug." Anytime you get into trouble you say that and have to have a big hug to be sure I am not angry with you. Very funny to witness!
